A site for each property, synced with Airbnb and Booking.com, paid straight into your Stripe account. Travellor takes 5% per booking and nothing else.
Your site and your channels share their calendars over iCal, both ways. Paste each channel's calendar link into your site, and give each channel its own link back, so a night booked anywhere closes everywhere.
The guest's card is authorised, not charged, while the channels read the new booking. Once every channel has read it, the booking is confirmed and charged. If a channel sold the nights first, the authorisation is released and nobody pays. Anything unclear goes to the host.
Four themes for each site, in the guest's language, on your own domain if you want one, and always at travellor.app/book/your-place.
Guests pay through Stripe on the host's own Stripe account; the host is the seller of the stay and Stripe pays out to the host's bank. Travellor's fee is taken from the payment automatically. Stripe charges its own card fee to the host's Stripe account.
Counted on the nights, cleaning, pet fee and paid add-ons; not on the security deposit or tourist tax. Plus VAT where due (EU businesses with a VAT number outside Cyprus are reverse-charged; hosts in Cyprus or without a VAT number pay 19% Cyprus VAT on the fee). Collected with the first payment. The big channels typically take 15–18%.
When a guest cancels, the host's policy decides the refund, but the guest always pays at least the cancellation fee the host chose: 5% (covers Travellor's fee) or 10% (5% to Travellor, the rest stays with the host). It is never refunded. When the host cancels, the guest gets back everything they paid and Travellor's fee is not refunded.
While a property's booking site is live, its QR guest page is free. Without a live site it is €5 per property per month.
